![]() This is totally unacceptable because now it’s making me feel like if I wasn’t in the room, someone would have even walked into my room, at any time of the day. I told him I have been travelling so much and this is the 1st time I have ever encountered that if a guest puts “do not disturb”, the hotel will knock on the door or even enter the room without our authorisation. ![]() At the lobby, to my disbelief, JB Rodriguez informed me that he was the one who had knocked on my door. I was told to meet the Duty Manager JV Rodriguez at the lobby. Still feeling shock from the incident, I called the guest services and spoke to Nathan and I shared the entire incident. I told them I have already indicated that I did not want to be disturbed, and they left. Next, to my horror, the person proceeded to open my door. As I was in the bathroom, I responded but I think the person couldn’t hear me. ![]() On 5 June, after returning from my office to my room, when I was in the bathroom at around 5pm, someone knocked on my door very hard, even though I had already put “Do not disturb”. Writing this review because hotel Assistant residence manager wasn’t interested to solve my concern when I wrote in personally to her.
